Certified solution architect and delivery lead with long international experience. Highly flexible, extremely motivated and result driven. Able to create the bridge between business and IT. Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks. Extensive project and program management experience, working with complex on-shore / off-shore delivery models.

Able to create a motivated and integrated team. Deep knowledge of the issues and opportunities of the telecommunications and utilities industry, and their related impact on the supporting systems and processes. Strong SAP background.

IT passionate person with 13 years of personal practice both in-house and as a consultant in medium and large national and multinational companies from diverse sectors: life sciences, financial, transport, professional services, retail, and others. My experience includes hands-on and high-level technical knowledge of implementing medium to very large IT infrastructures, such as networking, server platforms and end-user devices.

My function at entrust-it allows me to combine my passion for IT infrastructures with my entrepreneurial skills and this is exactly what I share with my clients.

Matthieu van der Schueren

As of April 1st Matthieu van der Schueren joined entrust-it as a managing partner. Matthieu has a background in sales and marketing transformation projects, as a consultant and as VP retail strategy and business development Europe for MasterCard. In his last position, Matthieu was director at Deloitte consulting Belgium, in charge of the sales and marketing offering and headed a team of 20 consultants.

Matthieu will focus on the growth of our easy.commerce services and solutions, enabling companies to grow their sales through online and offline technologies. Complementary to the management team, he brings extensive experience in sales strategy and execution to the team. Internally Matthieu will take the lead for Marketing, Communication & Brand management as well as Financial Performance Management
